Define Your Organisation Structure

It starts with the highest level in the organisation and goes up to the lowest level, irrespective of the number of levels.

Objectives of Individual
Teams

Set the objective for each of the tems in the business unit and define Key results areas (KRAs) for them.

Assign Metrics for the KRAs

You can assign Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all the KRA’s along with weightage of each KPI on the KRA.

Set Targets for each KPI

Targets can be set for each KPIs based on the frequency by which you want to monitor the KPI. It could be Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly or Annually depending on the requirement.

Actuals

Actual performance values can be taken from the supporting systems in the form of data feeds. If there are no supporting systems, the values can be manually input.

Performance Calculation

Based on the actual values and weightage, the system calculates the performance values for the individual KPIs and rolls it up to the business unit as a whole.

Improvement
Plans

If for any reasons a particular KPI is not performing as expected. You can define the Improvement plans for that particular KPI and can monitor for completion.

Dashboard and reports

Realtime performance of the organization can be displayed in the form of a Dashboard with drill down to the lowest level. Target Vs. Actual reports are also available for review.
